He advises clients on all aspects of domestic and cross-border M&A\, auction processes\, joint ventures and co-development structures\, project development and financing\, private equity and venture capital investments\, and governance matters. Mr. Dabbasi regularly represents a wide variety of clients\, including renewable and oil and gas project developers and sponsors\, commodity trading firms\, diversified public companies\, chemical and petrochemical producers\, oilfield service companies\, electric and gas utilities\, private equity firms and other strategic and passive investors.
